Property and Cancelation Policies:

Should you wish to change or cancel your booking we require that you do so in writing, by sending an email to reservations@indianymca.com no less than 48 hours before arrival.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged at the full rate for all nights’ accommodation for each member of your party using the card details provided at the time of the booking.

Card details are taken to confirm booking

Failure to check-in(no-show) on the booked date of arrival will incur a charge to your credit/debit card of the full amount for all nights’ accommodation and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled.

Should you wish to depart before your scheduled departure date please contact our Reception. No refund shall be offered for the remainder of the stay unless authorized by management.

Terms and Conditions

All our Transit rooms are ensuite. Unless an option has been made for a room with common toilets and showers.

Breakfast & Dinner is complimentary. Lunch can be purchased at the restaurant.

Check in is from 12pm onwards and check out is before 10:00 am. Both check in and check out must be done at the reception.

You will need a debit or credit card to make a reservation. One day’s rent is due in advance & balance upon arrival.

Payments in person can be made by credit card, debit card or by bank transfer. Please note we do not accept American Express or Diners Club and payment can only be made in pounds sterling.

A valid Identity card is required when checking in. (Passport/Driver’s License)

Short stay guests are welcome to have visitors. However, they are only allowed in the public areas and cannot access the residence hall or bedrooms.

Children under 18 are welcome to stay at International Students House but must be accompanied by an adult. Please be aware that YISH is unable to accept bookings for minors under 18 where no adults are present.

All residents must have a valid membership of ISH during their stay, short term guests will need to pay £2 for membership which will be valid for one month from the date of arrival.

Rates displayed are subject to change without notice.

If the duration of stay is greater than 7 days, 50% of the total payment will be required as a deposit.

Parking and Accessibility

We unfortunately do not have parking available onsite. But please use the link to reserve parking available close to our hostel. https://www.justpark.com/. We are a walking distance from quite a few Tube stations. Warren Street, Goodge Street, Euston & Great Portland Street to name a few,
