The YMCA Indian Student Hostel is located in Central London at the Junction of Grafton Road & Fitzrtoy Street & is a short walk away from Warrant Street, Goodge Street, Euston & Great Portland Street stations. We provide safe and secure accommodation in central London for Indian & International students with an aim to make it feel like a Home away from home. We are a stones throw away from Premier Educational Institutions like University College London, Imperial College, King’s College, LSE & Queen Mary to name a few.

Our tariffs include Breakfast & Dinner on the weekdays & all three meals on the Weekend. Our facilities include:

  • Subsidised educational day trips to various famous places in England.

We have a proactive student community which is actively involved in organising cultural programmes, events & sporting competitions.

Terms & Conditions

  • The following documents has to be submitted for approval:

1. A completed application form
2. Offer Letter from the University / College
3. Scholarship/Guarantee/Finance Letter
4. Valid Passport
5. Valid visa

• If accepted, payments has to be made in advance for 6 months. Payments can be made by BACS, debit card or Credit card.
• Rates displayed on our Tariffs page are subject to change without notice.
• To qualify for the Student Rate the required minimum period of stay is one year. ( Jan – Dec or Sep – Aug). If the period is less than a year, Trainee rates will apply.
• Students should be on a full time course.
• Renewal of the contract on completion of the tenancy agreement is not automatic. This is at the sole discretion of the management & has to be completed 12 weeks prior to completion.

Apart from the Tariff, the following will need to be paid:
1. Admission Deposit (Non-Refundable on Cancellation): £125.00
2. Annual Membership: £50.00
3. Admission Fee: £50.00
4. Key Deposit (Refundable): £25.00
5. Security Deposit (Refundable): £500.00
6. Access Card Deposit (Refundable): £15.00
7. ID Card: £15.00
